A more accurate understanding is that crop seeds are modified to withstand higher amounts of petrochemical inputs which in-turn creates the higher yields. Scientist found that it makes more sense, both financially and according to scientific practicality to utilize the excess products which remain after refining oil into gasoline/diesel and use it to create fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides. If scientist could create plants that would be able to withstand high-levels of nitrogen, it would in-turn create the higher yields necessary to feed the population.

The complexity of moving away from GMO's to organic methods of production is NOT simple and should not be viewed as a switch that a politician can simply flick and all of the unhealthy patterns will simply disintegrate into oblivion overnight. It must be understood that the risk of large scale famine, deprivation, and global financial market upheaval are the unintended consequences of an autocratic approach to reversing the industrial farming practices in place today! Think of it as a habit, it is often said that a habit cannot be broken but should only be replaced with a healthier habit which can typically take about a month or more to become established. Our economy and the megalithic supply-chains in place today, have been established over the better part of a century and in order to change them: it takes tiny steps which lead to profound changes over-time.

I believe it is of the utmost importance to understand that GMO's did not come about by human greed, but came as an answer to a famine where people would die by the tens of millions. As always, something you will find ubiquitous throughout the study of my work is that I will tell you time and time-again; if we are to address and correct something we must take the time to understand its origins and purpose. However, this lecture on GMO's outlines the most central element defining the New World Order and exposes in precise clarity; that which drives nearly all policy around the globe driven by the elite interest! If people choose to buy organic and pass up the GMO products that litter our marketplace (previously the ONLY option) than suppliers will move to answer this demand as we are seeing taking place now! As more and more people go organic, the price of organic products will continue to fall. Unfortunately, today there is a pressure and a whole lot of lobbyist; who would like to continue to force GMO products on us because the people who used to be quite wealthy from them, are losing money and they have a psychological unwillingness to understand that they are NOT too big to be put out of business. Simply put, either adapt and change your business model or exit the market altogether.
